Laptops and Access to IT Equipment

Your child is able to access Microsoft Teams in a variety of ways, this includes on a ; Smart phone, tablets, IPAD, PC, laptop, X-Box and Playstation.

We have currently allocated all of the laptops we have available in school, however, should we get a further allocation from the DFE and you would like to join the waiting list please complete the form below. These will be allocated on a first come first served basis.

If you have any concerns about your safety or the safety or any other students whilst you are off school you can email Miss Barratt or Miss O'Farrell who are the school's designated safeguarding leads. They will get back to you as a matter of urgency.

LGBT+ HISTORY MONTH 2021

This is Mark Ashton who was a political campaigner and activist in the 1980s.  He was responsible for supporting mining villages during a national strike and his efforts were featured in the movie 'Pride' in 2014.  Read the text below and watch the video attached to learn more about the impact Mark had on LGBT history here.

Kooth/SIASS sessions looking at support children and young people with SEND and their emotional well-being

SIASS and Kooth will be running 3 drop-in sessions for families with young people with SEN. Each session will cover how Kooth as a service can provide emotional wellbeing support to young people. We will also have a Q&A portion, you will be able to ask these questions during the sign-up process and also during the session. If you're unable to make one of the sessions, not to worry; if you sign up for a session we will be providing a recording of one of the sessions to all attendees. 

The sessions will be held on 23rd March at 2pm, 5pm and 7pm

New Kooth campaign #Don't do it alone

There are somethings in life you might want to keep to yourself.  Like singing embarrassing song lyrics or talking with your cat or ..... you get the picture!  But when it comes to mental health problems, you should never deal with it alone.

Kooth have created video of 5 influencers to support the message and to remind teenagers that they are not alone when dealing with their mental health.  There is always someone to talk to
